This web-site is another step in our Family's long journey to capture family history. When I finished my last term as President of the Haynes- Timpson Family Reunion in 2006, I challenged the family to build a website. CommentsI am Cleveland Haynes, grand son of Willie "Cooter" Haynes, whose father, John Haynes married two the Timpson daughters of Maria Clayton. This is the first time that I have been on the site and I am impressed with the work that has been done. Outstanding. My primary experiences were with Cousin Eura Lee but I remember the name Neal from when I was a little boy growing up in Calhoun County. I now live in Ft. Washington a suburb of Washington, DC. Just think of those that are undocumented. This is a great way of building up self pride for the younger generation. Prayerfully, if we have any young male relatives walking around with their pants falling down, just to see the fine outstanding family members in uniform will perhaps get them to jack up their britches, and become responsible young men, and this goes for the females also, to regain respect for themselves by cooling down the loudness, to be seen and not heard in the wrong manner.
